William Bell (CCIE Voice #38914) is a Senior Consultant and Practice Lead for Collaboration with more than ten years experience in the Information Technology field across multiple disciplines, with a focus on Unified Communications (UC) and Collaboration solutions.

He uses his experience with voice, video, presence, routing/switching, application development, and backend systems to develop Collaboration solutions that focus on the following core design objectives:  modularity, scalability, adaptability, interoperability, usability, security, and sustainability.
