Chesapeake NetCraftsmen

In May Paul Smith and Steve Fala, Unified Communications Consultants at Chesapeake NetCraftsmen, looked at the nuts and bolts of adding video to an enterprise. Paul and Steve covered the range of Cisco video products. They started with a discussion about what devices are required to create a video cluster, showing the basic configurations of those devices.
Paul and Steve then moved on to the end points that Cisco makes available, and explained how everything now integrates with CUCM 8.6. They also discussed different protocols and types of resolutions, and presented a lesson on search rules.
