Mar 24, 2010 - QoS and Network Design for Converged Networks Terry Slattery, one of our Principal Consultrants, is a speaker at VoiceCon Orlando! On Wednesday, March 24, Terry is a panel member for a three-hour workshop where he will focus on factors that affect networks resiliency, and how that affects the delivery of converged voice, video and data. This workshop is titled "QoS and Network Design for Converged Networks". On Thursday Mar 25, his session titled "Troubleshooting Communications Networks" will cover the following key questions:
The Troubleshooting section will cover failed calls, one-way audio, poor audio quality, excessive echo, and other common VoIP problems. Each problem and its symptoms will be described as well as how to address the problem.
