Aug 15, 2011 - NetCraftsmen Achieves Cisco Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialization

Chesapeake NetCraftsmen is pleased to announce that we have achieved the Cisco Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialization. This specialization recognizes Chesapeake NetCraftsmen as having fulfilled the training requirements and program prerequisites to sell, design and deploy comprehensive Cisco Collaboration Architecture solutions.

The specialization includes role-based training that directly helps our customers by allowing us to apply the latest building blocks of the Cisco Collaboration portfolio including rich media communications, Unified Contact Center Express, and the Cisco Unity Connection to meet immediate  business needs as well as support strategic business transformation processes.

"As one of the first Cisco Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialized Partners, we have made a significant investment in the skills and training required to help customers analyze business requirements and discover common inefficiencies throughout their organizations that the Cisco Collaboration Architecture can help solve.

I congratulate our entire Collaboration team, and especially Renee Wagner, William Bell, David Hailey, Paul Smith, and Steve Fala for their roles in helping us to achieve this specialization." said David Yarashus, President of Chesapeake NetCraftsmen.
