For those of you who either like to run queries on the Call Manager, have customers who do so, or have tools that customers use for change management and the like, please note that I just stumbled on a change to the CUCM 6.x database structure as it relates to call forwarding.

Back in my day ... The folks who worked with CUCM database replication issues remember the days when we were able to use SQL enterprise manager or the dblhelper application with its silly little smiley faces. I hated dblhelper but I missed it when trying to check database replication on 5.0 and 5.1 builds.

I offer you a handy dandy tool for testing, resetting, validating DSPs on a Cisco voice gateway (tested on ISR models):
