Join the Cisco Mid-Atlantic User's Group!

 

The Cisco Mid-Atlantic Users Group (C-MUG) brings together network engineers and professionals in the greater Washington-Baltimore area for continuing education and collaboration on the latest technologies to help you make your network more secure, reliable and better performing. Our monthly meetings feature top-notch technical presentations and a chance to learn and share experiences with your peers.

For the February 18, 2010 session, our topic is Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS). Paul Borghese, CCIE, Sr. Consultant at Chesapeake Netcraftsmen will present "An Introduction To MPLS in the Enterprise", and will cover:

  • Why to use MPLS in the Enterprise
  • Basic MPLS theory and Troubleshooting
  • MPLS for BGP, VPNs, and Traffic Engineering

Paul will also demonstrate sample router configurations for MPLS.

The Cisco Mid-Atlantic Users Group Meeting will be held on Thursday, February 18 at 9:00 am (Breakfast at 8:30) at our NEW location:

Recent Presentations:

Our last session was in January 28, 2010. Marty Adkins, CCIE, Senior Consultant at Chesapeake Netcraftsmen, shared his "Tips and Tools for Network Availability and Compliance" and Rob Chee, CCIE, Senior Consultant at Chesapeake Netcraftsmen, presented "Cisco's Network Compliance Manager (NCM) Overview" and provided a demonstration of the software.
