Cisco Basics, HP OpenView, CiscoWorks Basics Course

The following are chapters from a course taught to Army Signal Corps. staff on IP networking basics, Cisco router and switch command line and  basics, HP OpenView, and CiscoWorks. I am posting chapters as I have time to reformat them and produce a PDF version.

The versions of CiscoWorks and OpenView shown in screen captures are a bit dated, due to the lengthy approval and testing cycle on new software for field deployment. Still, the CiscoWorks and OpenView products have not changed that extensively, the changes are mostly a matter of new locations for existing capabilities and some new capabilities. We hope you find these useful.

If your network management or operations staff need large scale training on any of these topics, we'd be glad to work with you to meet your needs. The network management screen captures can be updated fairly quickly if needed.
